How we do it?

- Food and beverage intake tracking: No calorie counting or food weighing. Our intuitive tracking system is based on the USDA’s MyPlate and allows you to track your eating by food group on a plate. Separate icons are used for beverages and “treats.” The plate is customizable to your specific needs.
- Physical activity tracking: Our model is based on the CDC’s Physical Activity Guidelines for Healthy Adults, but is fully customizable to your goals and objectives.
- Biomarker tracking: Biomarkers are tracked on a weekly, monthly or yearly basis. The software indicates whether your biomarkers are in the healthy range or need improvement.
- Social networking: Individuals create profiles and “ally” with colleagues or friends to share information and form teams to meet challenges.
- Educational content sharing: Tulasi Health provides articles and links to important health information. Participants can upload recipes and other content to share with their communities.
- Incentives: Who doesn’t like a reward for their effort? Earn virtual health currency by participating in resiliency challenges and redeem your points for real-life products and services.
- Professional support: Whether you are encountering a specific problem, want some extra support in your on-going efforts, or dream of achieving a goal that seems beyond reach, professional expertise can be extremely helpful. Personal trainers, health coaches, nutrition coaches, and a host of other wellness services providers can use the Tulasi Health portal to interact with clients. Our platform is structured around assigning specific tasks and measuring performance to achieve goals that clients and coaches set together. Goals can be in many areas, including, but not limited to weight loss, training for a physical fitness event, alleviating pain, achieving a better work/life balance, or improving your financial health.
